Artwork & Design Approval

Customers will typically receive a proof or design mockup before production begins. By approving the proof, you confirm that all artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, and placement are correct.

We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

Payment Terms

Production & Turnaround Times

Production timelines may vary depending on order size, complexity, and seasonal demand. While we make every effort to meet estimated deadlines, turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Returns & Defects

Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, ordering mistakes, or changes of preference.

If an item contains a printing or manufacturing defect, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the defective item or correct the issue at no additional cost.
